Return Process

  Ensure that the timber, doors, or hardware are in their original, uninstalled condition and free from any custom modifications or weather damage.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items securely using the original packaging where possible to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop-off or Collection

  Return the items to our warehouse facility or coordinate a professional courier collection for oversized timber and door shipments.
